1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FreeWebCheck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Service Description
FreeWebCheck provides free online tools including IP address lookup, VPN detection, DNS lookup, IP comparison, SEO analysis, page link analysis, website auditing, image compression/conversion, and image-to-PDF conversion. All tools are provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes only. Data displayed by these tools is fetched in real time from third-party APIs and should not be relied upon as definitive or authoritative.
The Service does not require user registration or account creation. All processing is performed client-side in your browser or through stateless server-side proxies that do not store data.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the Service. Prohibited activities include:
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempting to disrupt, overload, or impair the Service's infrastructure
- Automated or programmatic access (scraping, crawling) without express written permission
- Submitting URLs or content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights
- Using the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other individuals or organizations
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design, code, and materials on FreeWebCheck, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the arrangement thereof, are the property of FreeWebCheck or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.
The FreeWebCheck name, logo, and related marks are trademarks. You may not use these marks without prior written consent.
5. Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)
FreeWebCheck respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content available through the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

THE SERVICE AND ALL TOOLS, DATA, AND INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREEWEBCHECK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL FREEWEBCHECK, ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain liabilities, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FreeWebCheck and its operators, affiliates, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
9. Third-Party Services
This Service relies on third-party APIs and services including but not limited to:
- ipinfo.io — IP geolocation and network data
- ipify.org — IP address detection (fallback)
- Cloudflare DNS-over-HTTPS — DNS record resolution
- OpenStreetMap — Map tile rendering for location visualization
- Google Analytics — Anonymized traffic analytics
- Cloudflare — Hosting, CDN, and serverless functions
These third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. FreeWebCheck is not responsible for the operation, availability, or data handling practices of these third-party services. Your use of these services through FreeWebCheck is at your own risk.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, liability limitations, and indemnification) shall survive.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FreeWebCheck regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
